I hereby grant FLEX the right to take photographs and videos of me during the event. I authorize FLEX to use and publish these images in print and/or electronically. I agree that FLEX may use such photographs and videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
I release FLEX from any expectation of confidentiality regarding the images and videos taken. I understand that once my image is posted on FLEX's website or social media platforms, the images can be downloaded by any computer user. I further acknowledge that FLEX does not control the use of these images by third parties once they are posted publicly.
